Recently my blogs seem to just be soap related rather than card making, however this is because I have had a lot of custom orders recently which I can’t show on here incase anyone sees them. Hopefully in the next couple of days that will all change and I will also be able to get back to doing my YouTube videos as well.
Anyway, I’ve been wanting to increase the product range so that it’s not just soaps I make, but also other items that I can sell instantly rather than having to wait 2 months for the soaps to cure, so recently, I made some Cocoa Butter Bath Melts.
These bath melts are scented with Lavender Essential Oil and I also threw in a few dried lavender buds so they didn’t look so plan.
To use them, you just put them in the bath when you’re running the water and the heat from the water will melt them. If you don’t want the bath too moisturising, or you don’t want to use a bath melt all in one go, then you can just cut them up :)
I’m going to be making some more melts using Fir Tree Essential oil as I’m making up some little gift baskets ready for a craft fair I’m attending at the embassy. There will be two different set of baskets. One set will have a lavender soap bar and set of 3 bath melts in, and the other set will have a Fir Tree soap bar and bath melts. I’m hoping the little sets will entice people to buy from me :-)
