Today’s YouTube Video is a quick tutorial using the new Bloomin Love Stamp Set from the New Occasions Spring/Summer Catalogue which also comes in a bundle so you get a stunningly detailed Heart thinlet as well.
I found these great little brads when we were in the States and I think they are so fun I just had to use one for this card.
I stamped the heart stamp with purple ink then stamped straight away with Versamark Ink so that I would have a faint purple image, then I used kaleidoscope embossing powder to give an almost rainbow effect. – I really hate it when my ink pads look dirty, so when I do double stamping like this, I always use an old Versamark ink pad so then it doesn’t matter that the colour goes onto the stamp pad.
I used blushing bride and wisteria wonder card stock to make these cards with co-ordinating ink, but you can make them in any colour and they will still look great :-)
