As I write this, I’m actually in New York, but I thought I could fit in a couple of extra makes before the end of the year so I designed today’s card set with the end of Christmas in mind.
Knowing that very soon there would be a lot of thank you letters to write, I decided to make up some little sets of cards.
The size of the cards means you can make 4 out of one sheet of Whisper White card – You cut the card width ways in half so you have two long pieces measuring 10.5 cm, then turn both pieces lengthways and cut in half again. This leaves you with 4 pieces of card that you simply score and fold in half.
I used the Hopeful Thoughts Stamp set. I really like the tree image so used it with a sentiment from the Another Thank You Stamp Set and stamp in any colour that you like. I made sets using Watermelon Wonder, Tempting Turquoise, Delightful Dijon and Smoky slate ink.
Along with these cards, I also made a gift box for the set to go in using the Gift Bag Punch Board. The video tutorial for the box will be available on my YouTube Channel on Wednesday.
